14 Quik-Break Systems Sold – Over the past eighteen months, 14 Quik-Break Bundle Separator Systems have been sold to a host of integrated companies, as well as leading independents. The success of this machine is based on meeting customer expectations for a highly consistent breaking motion, successfully running multiple rows of nicked bundles at high rates of speed. Previous industry concerns with inaccurate bundle count, warped stock, and out-of-square bundles have been addressed through the Quik-Break’s patented design and many unique features.

Nicked Bundle-Separator Systems Approach – With the recent introduction of the Quik-Former, a new Semi-Automatic Load Former, Geo. M. Martin Company now offers converters a single source solution for a complete nicked bundle separator system, from the Rotary Die Cut Stacker through the Load Former. The Quik-Former is compact in design and includes the latest proportional valve hydraulic technology for fast cycle rates and long-term, trouble free performance. As performance is maximized at each component, Geo. M. Martin Company has developed their own line of bundle conveyors, complete with automatic bundle gap control and bundle monitoring. Bundle configurations are now arranged after the separator, and then conveyed to the load former, with easy presentation to the load former operator. This design saves valuable floor space and allows load forming at maximum performance levels.

LCS Safety System – With over 100 systems sold, the LCS-LG Safety System is quickly becoming an expected standard in operator safety for all Rotary Die Cut Stackers. Integrated into the stacker’s operation, the LCS-LG Safety System is a proactive safety system that reacts to the operator’s entry into the stacker’s hopper area, automatically placing the stacker into a controlled, protected state. Designed to work with the stacker operator, the system does not impede machine performance and has gained wide acceptance by operators on all product mixes. The LCS-LG System is standard on all new Martin Stackers, and is highly recommended for all existing Martin Stackers now in use.
