RDC - Select®-LCS Series
The Select®-LCS Series Stacker was designed as a fast setup, high-performance, multiple-up and across Rotary Die Cut Stacker for the converter operating on a 24/7 basis.
The many standard features include our advanced Smart-Stak Order Entry System, which advises layboy arm position and skew, with full order memory instant recall, for very fast and repeatable, accurate setups.
Extended Nip Layboy Arms, as well as spring-loaded Carriage-Style Snubbing Wheels deliver higher speed performance on the smallest of die cut blanks, while Access Backstops are extremely flexible to handle a wide range of products, while allowing full viewing of the collection process by the operator.
Very well equipped in its basic system, the Select-LCS Series Stacker is available with a wide range of options, allowing specialized performance on specific product mixes.
The Select-LCS Series Stacker includes
