RDC - Valu-Stak-LCS Series

The Valu-Stak-LCS Series Stacker is capable of handling three-across by up to four-up rotary die cut blanks, forming either full stacks, multiple-up stacks, or bundles. The Layboy Section delivers on positive sheet control, separating the blanks in both the across and up directions, while the Stacking Deck forms the sheets in either a stream or shingle condition. At the hopper, a Vari-Stack System, with its unique Flex Dividers and Adjustable Cross Rail, quickly adjusts to virtually any die-cut shape possible.

 Geo. M. Martin’s “patented” LCS-LG Safety System protects the operator, while allowing the stacker to automatically cycle without operator attention. Designed to USA and European Standards, the fully integrated safety system includes Automatic Self-Testing and Redundant controls.

 The Valu-Stak-LCS Series Stacker is available with a wide variety of options, allowing the converter to select the respective features that best suit his product mix.
