CORRSTACK® SYSTEM
The Corrstack® System is well known for delivering picture-perfect stacks, reducing warp in the sheet, and the handling of small and narrow outs.

Available as a single, double, or triple takeoff system, the Corrstack® requires the smallest of "in-machine-direction" space, and can "nest" within the shingling conveyor of a top knife downstacking system.
The system's design "shuffles" multi-across board as it "right angles" at the bullet backstop assembly, balancing any wet spots within the web. Dual Tampers within the hopper assembly gently resquare the stack as it is formed. Working at floor level, the machine operator checks sheet quality, pulls splices and, after culling bad board from good, reinserts the good quality board into the flow of material, thus reducing overall corrugator waste.
| Compatible with all Automatic Order Change Systems (AOC), Cutoff Knives, and different corrugator manufacturers, the Corrstack® System has a one order "pre-set" capability with a 12-second order change. |

The optional Programmable Controlled Corrstack® System has a 5,000-order memory and a 4-second order change. Complete internal diagnostic systems are included within the programmable system. |
