Vacuum Infeed/Outfeed –

The Vacuum Infeed/Exit System was designed for accurate tail-outs, non crush of the web, and easy access to the knife shafts for blade tuning and machine adjustment.

Within the Infeed Section, endless vacuum belts deliver positive control of the web and, as each level has its own board wheel, accurate measurement with instant cut register.  With the Infeed/Exit System, pull rolls have been removed, eliminating board crush and flute deformation. In addition, loose liners now pass through the knife with fewer jam-ups/less downtime.

The Infeed Section fits into the space now occupied by the web table, and when rolled out allows direct access to the knife shafts for blade tuning, maintenance and cleaning.

Vacuum Infeed System (only)

Available as an Infeed System (only), the system is easily installed and does not require knife relocation.  High-speed Tail-outs and greatly improved cut accuracy on tail-outs result. Potential board crush is reduced by 50%, as half of the knife's pull rolls have been removed.
