Fast and Easy Bundle Orientation

Allow automatic rotation of single to multiple across bundles on either a Flexo Folder-Gluer or a  Rotary Diecutter, Nicked Bundle Line System. Designed for very fast rotation and precise bundle placement, the Geo. Martin Single and Twin Bundle Rotators create added versatility in presenting bundles at different orientations, prior to a Strapper, Shrink Wrap System or Load Former.

 

Single Bundle Rotator (SBR):

The Single Bundle Rotator solves the problem of  how to quickly change the orientation of  bundles on a conveyor line. The Single Bundle  Rotator will quickly lift and rotate single bundles.  Bundles can also pass through when rotation is not needed.

 

Twin Bundle Rotator (TBR):

Need to quickly rotate two or more bundles.  The answer is the Geo. M. Martin Company  Twin Bundle Rotator. This clever conveyor  receives side-by-side bundles and quickly  rotates them. This self-contained machine  fits into any bundle conveyor line and  rotates or passes bundles on demand.

Twin Bundle Rotator
  • Rotates up to 17 bundles per minute.
  • Rotate and pass-through modes.
  • Minimal setup requirements.
  • Automatically handles bundle sizes up to 54” (1372mm) square by 3” to 17” (76 – 432mm) in height.
  • Variable speed drives provide smooth, controlled rotation and fast bundle entry and exit.
  • Adjustable legs enable easy setup to the conveyor’s height 30” – 36” (762 – 914mm).
  • Built-in metering gate to help stage incoming bundles.
