Quick Change between Stack and Bundle Production
Available in both roller and flat belt models
Quik-Park conveyors allow easy and fast changeover from full stacking to the running of nicked or individual bundles. Quik-Park Infeed Conveyors save precious floor space and brings greater versatility to your diecutter line. When the diecutter is set for stack mode, the entry conveyor can be retracted for convenient, space-saving storage.
When switching back to bundling operations, a simple touch of a switch starts the reverse operation to quickly deploy the conveyor.
Quik-Park Infeed Roller Conveyor
The Quik-Park Infeed Roller Conveyor retracts and stores the powered infeed bundle conveyor within the separator, giving the operator complete access to full-stack building while freeing valuable plant space for other needs.
- Easily moved into place for bundle production, or stowed for Full Stack operation
- Quickly stows inside the separator to maximize floor space usages
- Smooth operation to maintain bundle and log integrity
Quik-Park Flat Belt Conveyor
The Quik-Park Flat Belt Conveyor fully retracts when not in use to allow operators easy access around the stacker front-end when in stacking mode or when performing maintneance, set-up and cleanup.
- Easily moved into place for bundle production, or stowed for Full Stack operation
- Quickly retracts to maximize floor space usages
- Smoothest operation for maximum bundle and log integrity
Telescoping Flat Belt Outfeed Conveyor
The Telescoping Flat Belt Outfeed Conveyor, when working with a Martin Bundle Separator, allows for breaking of bundles longer than 40” length. When the order calls for a long break, the telescoping section retracts by the exact length needed and a ramp lowers to guide the bundle up for downwarp.
- Easily positioned for bundle requirements
- Quickly retracts to maximize floor space and access
- Smoothest operation for maximum bundle and log integrity
